After he was finished the ‘rough draft’, it was put through a testing process, and Jaswinder was an excellent service technician. He fixed problems as they arose, usually within an hour, even though he was offsite. He also proved to be very accessible for any questions or requests I needed to make over the phone, both during and after business hours. Jaswinder also provided an excellent end product installation. I have not had any problems with the program after it was installed, and the process was very easy.
